We´re seeking a proactive, experienced and hands-on HR Coordinator to support the daily HR operations and ensure smooth and effective HR processes across the organization.
This position will act as a generalist , supporting key HR functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee relations, Compliance and Training. High level of organization skills, attention to detail , communication and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
+ Provide professional support to the operation and line management across a range of operational and administrative processes: Recruitment, Training, Organizational development, and Compliance.
+ Ensure all activities align with Parker Policies and legal requirements.
+ Help identify organizational challenges and support change management strategies.
+ Ensure key HR programs and initiatives are understood, adopted, and reinforced by Front Line Leaders.
+ Acts as a trusted advisor to supervisors and employees, offering expert guidance on assigned topics and proposing local improvements for more effective delivery
+ Assist in employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions in alignment with company policies and culture.
+ Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and divisional standardization in line with corporate HR initiatives.
+ Provide strategic advice to Leaders on effective leadership and people management practices.
+ Ensure compliance with labor laws
+ Support succession planning, skills mapping and workforce development strategies.
+ Collaborate with the management to identify skill gaps, training needs and development opportunities across departments.
+ Ensure clear, timely and two-way communication between leadership and workforce.
+ Assist in implementing engagement initiatives and organizational cultural programs aligned with the Parker Culture.
+ Promote and foster HPT culture
Qualifications
+ Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
+ 3 – 5 years of experience in a generalist HR or Talent Development role , preferably in a manufacturing environment
+ Familiarity with diversity, equity and inclusion practices
+ Detail-oriented, organized and proactive
+ Experience working directly with frontline supervisors and production teams.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Systems
+ Advanced English
