Successful candidates will join the IT Organization, which is part of a multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 1800 employees that deliver business services and solutions to the corporation across the globe.** The Digital Core Methods & Tools (M&T) Lead is a pivotal role within the Digital Core Program Management Office (PMO), responsible for defining, implementing, and governing the standards, tools, and methodologies that enable successful execution of a multi-release SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role ensures consistency, quality, and efficiency across program operations, with a strong focus on automation, content management, processes, onboarding, governance, and stakeholder engagement. **Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:** + **Program Delivery & Tooling** + Lead the design and maintenance of Agile Delivery Office (ADO) templates, dashboards, and reporting structures to support portfolio epics and backlog management. + Serve as the gatekeeper for ADO standards and practices across the Digital Core program, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide methodologies. + Oversee SharePoint architecture, archival processes, and access governance for Digital Core repositories, including sensitive credential management and compliance with IT security protocols. + **Dashboard and Reporting Leadership** + Drive the development and integration of Power BI dashboards for progress tracking, collaborating with Finance, Asset Management, Materials Management, Hydrocarbon Value Chain, Technical Platform, Data teams, and Program Workstreams to ensure accuracy and accessibility. + Manage the system of records and source of truths for consistent program tracking, reporting, consolidating legacy systems and aligning with future-state architecture. + **Team & Stakeholder Enablement** + Lead alignment sessions for scrum teams, providing structured knowledge transfer, curated documentation, and personalized guidance in order to ensure consistent procedures are followed across the ARTs. + Coordinate open office hours and training sessions to support adoption of new tools, GenAI prompts, and evolving business requirement standards. + Act as a liaison between business units, Deloitte, SAP, and internal IT teams to resolve issues, align priorities, and ensure smooth execution of program milestones. + **Strategic Program Contributions** + Contribute to major program milestones including management of program scope mapping to each release, release Go-Live events. + Provide leadership during organizational transitions, including role transitions to low-cost geographies and internal redeployments, ensuring continuity and knowledge retention. + Manage Power Platform team, which develops new automation and tools to enable process efficiency. + Experience leading a team + Background in business analytics, process automation, or information management. + Proven experience in program management, data governance, and enterprise tooling within large-scale ERP transformations. + Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, ADO, Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint administration. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and vendor teams. + Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, drive process improvements, and deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment. **Relocation Options:** Relocation **will not be** considered. **International Considerations:** Expatriate assignments **will not be** considered.
