Method Engineering\:

Design and improve manufacturing processes complying with ergonomic and safety rules.Build and maintain Lean cells and racks using LADM – new, modification after MTM and transfers.Implement and maintain Poke Yoke & Jidoka principles in the manufacturing area.Manage & support Kaizen activities (methodology & maintain appropriate databases).Manage jigs/fixtures (Troubleshoot, improve existing, new & transfers & maintain database).Manage VSM & EVSM.IE/LDS (Target setting & Improvement).Implement & support Lean & Six Sigma projects.Support change over improvement thru SMEDEnhance current processes and/or develop new processes.Establish and modify operating standards.Generate and maintain reports as directed by Management/Department.Implement and support 5S within the workplace.Carry out any other duties as and when required by Management / Department.Have knowledge for Automation Machine.
