**Position: Metals Sales Representative** **Location:** Allendale, Michigan **Salary:** $65,000 + (Depending Exp) **Job Type:** Full-Time / Direct Hire **Shift:** Monday - Friday | Normal Business Hours **Role Overview:** Salesperson needed for growing metal fabrication and dust collection company. Five years sales experience in the sheet metal and/or material collection industry. A wide knowledge base covering sheet metal applications is a plus. **Key Duties:** + Apply product knowledge to marketing;/Sales of goods and services + Apply sales techniques to best serve our customers + Identify best products for customers needs. + Practice “Honesty and Integrity” in all matters + Develop sales plan to grow sales/ cold calling, prospecting, and networking. + Develop solid customer relationships. + Sell products and services. + Develop, present, and price customer solutions. + Oversee installations in conjunction with field crews. + Follow-up with customers to ensure relationship continues. + Expand customer base by attracting new customers. **Essential Skills:** + Ability to accurately measure and draw sketches + Mechanically Inclined + Knowledge of calculating CFM’s and static pressure + Computer skills (Outlook, Word & Excel) + Ability to read blue prints + Project management skills + Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus + Accurate record keeping + Time management skills + Effective communication skill As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
