Join 2020 Companies as a full-time Demo Device Tech Support Specialist! You'll be the frontline expert ensuring reliable demo units for Meta wearable products. Pay: Starting at $24 hourly; Pay based on experience 

Schedule: Thursday: 8hrs (9 am - 5 pm local), Friday: 8hrs (2 pm - 10 pm EST), Saturday & Sunday: 12hrs (10 am EST - 10 pm EST)

Work Location: Work remotely

Job Description:

Provide essential day-to-day technical support for demo units of Meta wearable products used by field employees across retail and experiential locations

Diagnose and resolve hardware, connectivity, setup, and app-related problems remotely. Escalate to engineering or product support teams when needed

Collaborate with Operations to maintain a live inventory of demo devices—flagging missing, broken, or inactive units

Facilitate the shipping and logistics of replacement units and returns, ensuring minimal field disruption

Set up devices and accounts for new team members; ensure devices are field-ready and aligned with company protocols

Document all support interactions, identify recurring issues, and provide insights to improve device reliability and usage

Provide weekend coverage (Thursday–Sunday schedule) to align with high-traffic consumer demo times

Qualifications: 

Optimizes Work Processes: Demonstrated expertise with AR/VR technologies, mobile platforms (Android/iOS), and Bluetooth connectivity; experience following established operational processes and procedures for troubleshooting. 

Plans and Aligns: Strong organizational skills to maintain case logs and device inventories. Ability to assist in coordinating logistics for replacements and returns. 

Manages Complexity: Experience using ticketing systems and remote support tools to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues. Ability to manage case logs and ensure proactive support follow-up. 

Business Insight: Ability to understand the importance of device reliability and technical support in contributing to the overall business goals related to brand presence and consumer engagement. 

Makes Complex Decisions: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and escalate hardware/software issues. Ability to contribute to identifying recurring issues to inform operational improvements related to device reliability.

Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
