**Job Summary**
**Application skill**
+ Business Analysis / Requirements gathering for MES Electronic Batch record implementation for a pharma client.
+ Experience on Werum PAS-X System Administration, GMBRs, PVL, PMBR’s, Equipment Management, Material Flow, Weigh & Dispense, EBR, MBR & Master DataDesigning and developing State Diagrams in MESDetermining updates for Master Data, State Diagrams, Experience on SAP-MES interface, L2 integrations, report developmentHands on Experience in Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance ModuleExperience in Werum PAS-X - Configuration, CustomizationExperience on Werum PAS-X Installation, Upgrade, Development and Configuration. In depth knowledge on configuration and development on pharma GxP, Electronic Batch records.
**Other Technical skills**
+ Database knowledge and Skilled in SQL queries
+ Experience in Troubleshoot the Application related issues in production & non-production environments, Perform impact analysis of business issues at L1, L2, L3 levels.
+ Hands-on experience in ticketing tools like BMC Remedy Service Management, Service Now , Tools group and JIRA
+ Handle of team of 10-15 members, manage communication with customer, Incident and problem reporting
**Good to have:**
+ Domain Knowledge-Pharmaceutical/LS, 21 CFR Part 11, well versed with ITIL Process Knowledge, Good knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing practices of Pharma) and Validated environment of Pharma Manufacturing.
**Must have:**
+ Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Werum Pas-X issues
