About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and motivated engineer to join our Automation and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) team. This role is key to supporting, improving, and scaling our manufacturing systems through the implementation of advanced automation and control solutions. You’ll work directly on projects that impact real-time operations, help reduce production costs, and enhance overall efficiency using high-tech tools. Accountabilities: What you'll doDevelop and implement projects in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Automation, and Controls.
Manage and support existing manufacturing systems and related databases.
Program PLCs (primarily Allen Bradley) and maintain automation/control hardware and software.
Update and maintain MES master data, HMI configurations, and control panels.
Introduce new technologies to optimize key manufacturing metrics: efficiency, productivity, and cost.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance for control and data collection equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements aligned with high-tech standards.
Essential Skills/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and process control systems.
Solid understanding of data server configuration and manufacturing software environments.
Advanced English proficiency (>85%) – both spoken and written.
Strong analytical skills and hands-on problem-solving abilities in technical environments.
Desirable Skills/ExperienceExperience with MES platforms and ERP integration.
Familiarity with SCADA systems, HMI development, and industrial communication protocols.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
Experience working in high-tech or regulated manufacturing sectors (e.g., automotive, pharma).
Onsite Work Arrangement:
This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
