Main Responsibilities:

Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, planning, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and customer fulfillment. Create as-is and to-be process maps using industry-standard modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart). Define and document business capabilities and map them to existing or future technology solutions. Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation or system integration. Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, and functional SMEs to align business needs with technical solutions.

Main Skills Required:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing domains. Proven experience in process mapping, value stream mapping, and capability modeling. Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), SCM platforms, MES systems, WCS systems and integration technologies
