Job Responsibilities:

Position Overview:

The MES Analyst is responsible for the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of AIM Systems’ Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform. This role bridges the gap between shop floor operations and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM), ensuring real-time visibility, traceability, and optimization of manufacturing processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

System Implementation & Support

Configure, deploy, and maintain MES applications across production lines.Integrate MES with ERP, PLM, and shop floor equipment using AIM’s automation framework.Troubleshoot MES-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Process Modeling & Optimization

Design and maintain factory models, process flows, and equipment configurations.Implement process version control and scalable policy modeling.Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Data Management & Reporting

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau.Ensure accurate real-time data collection and visualization for WIP, quality, and inventory.

Quality & Compliance

Support quality control initiatives including OCAP, SPC, and defect tracking.Ensure MES compliance with industry standards (e.g., SEMI CIM Framework).Maintain audit trails and validation documentation.

Collaboration & Training

Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, and IT.Provide training and documentation for MES users and administrators.Participate in change management and deployment planning.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.2–5 years of experience in MES implementation and support, preferably with AIM Systems or similar platforms.Experience in manufacturing environments, especially semiconductor, LCD, or assembly industries.

Special Knowledge & Skills

2–5 years of experience in MES implementation and support, preferably with AIM Systems or similar platforms.Experience in manufacturing environments, especially semiconductor, LCD, or assembly industries.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
