Join our Business Management team, where we optimize business performance by driving key initiatives and acting as trusted advisors to Business/Group Heads. We are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The role of a business manager is dynamic and varies across different lines of business, aligning with their priorities.
As a Business Management Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will provide high responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests, organize complex information strategically, and communicate effectively with key business partners. Your role involves project management, risk identification, and supporting audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Provide high responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
+ Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating strong design acumen in Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
+ Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
+ Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
+ Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
+ Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
+ Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy sessions.
+ Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites like SharePoint.
+ Use Alteryx and other tools to automate processes.
+ Participate in collaborative initiatives to simplify, improve, and add value to business processes.
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
+ Prior experience in Business Management or COO role.
+ Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reporting.
+ Demonstrated ability to deal with different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.
+ Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
+ Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
+ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
+ Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Strong time management and prioritization skills.
**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ Knowledge of Alteryx.
