Conduct regular market research (Media / own stores/ competitor stores/consumer survey) to understand the market trend and consumer needs.
Execute merchandising strategy including seasonal assortment planning, pricing, product lifecycle, etc.
Support builds up China APP&ACC range.
Work with local agency to delivery products which can both answer local consumer needs and in line with HOKA brand DNA. Manage the whole process from product brief to approval the final sample.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Merch Planning, Marketing, VM, WSL, E-com, Retail and Training to push growth of HOKA APP&ACC business.

Execute merchandising strategy including seasonal assortment planning, pricing, product lifecycle, ect.Work with local agency and supply chain team to delivery local APP&ACC products which can answer consumer needs and in line with brand DNA. Manage the whole process from product brief to approval the final sample.Support build up HOKA China APP&ACC range, omni-channel assortment and GTM stories which is align with the strategy.Provide merchandising forecast (Pre GA/Post GA/Pre BC) to global team by work closely with planning and sales team. Seasonal pricing strategy analysis by segmentation. Based on both competitor’s situation Cost and US RRP markup.40% PUSH APP&ACC BUSINESS GROWTH BY CROSS FUNCTION MERCHANDISING CONMUNICATION AND SUPPORTING
Coordinate APP&ACC related projects to push APP sales by working with MKT team and sales channels.Support APP&ACC sell-in, prepare powerful and eye-catching trade show materials Participate to the Q&A session with retail partners on product feedback make sure reasonable request adjustment would be done properly.Create sell-in tools such as product map, catalogue, and assortment plan for Omni-channel before both China Trade Show and update the final version before new season launch. Responsible for APP&ACC merchandising files compose and update, Bible, launch Map, Product pictures management, etc. Work closely with marketing team and VM team to make sure having the best presenting way to highlight the seasonal key product messages for APP&ACC.Manage product lifestyle cycle with long term product building thinking. Work with merch. operation for in season APP&ACC close out plan.Work with training team to ensure APP&ACC product training contents are relevant with product information, can be delivered to end.10% Performance Reporting
Generate weekly/monthly reports on category performance, comment on product highlights and lowlights recommend actionable adjustments to meet financial targets.Participate in DTC Buying process and work closely with merchant planning team, recommend for SKU core assortmentInvestment review on APP&ACC side. Work with IT to optimize current IT tool for efficiency improvement
