We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Processing Specialist to join our Charlotte-based headquarters team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing stock orders and supporting inventory management across our 34 locations. You will work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for our customers, supporting both in-store and online operations. This position also involves collaboration with brand partners to maintain inventory accuracy and alignment with merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

Proficient data entry skills with a high level attention to detail and accuracyMust be able to focus while performing continuous data entryAbility to take on additional tasks within the team as neededSelf- motivated and able to contribute individually and as a team memberMaintain expected productivity levels (individual and team goals to be set by manager)Good communication skills & capacity to identify and verbalize inaccuraciesMust be able to live and work in Charlotte, NC HQ office

Is a Plus, But Not Required!

Familiarity with basic jewelry terminologyExperience working with ASC Inventory Program – Specifically Stock Select Knowledge
