Merchandising Operations Assistant (Hybrid - Manchester, CT)

The Merchandising Operations Assistant supports the merchandising team by coordinating product procurement, managing samples, and ensuring efficient execution of operational processes. This hybrid role, based in a collaborative team environment, requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication with internal teams and external vendors. Onsite presence is required 2–3 days per week, with occasional travel to local store showrooms.

Minimum Qualifications

1–2 years merchandising experience preferredBachelor’s degree preferredStrong technology proficiency and reporting abilitiesKnowledge of merchandising, products, and industry trends

Physical Demands
