Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

Gain real world experience in the grocery retail industry and day to day operations.Review and monitor competitive online and e-commerce activity.Assist with creating social media campaigns to support merchandising programs.Measure reach, impressions, and engagement for social media campaigns.Learn internal systems to assist with reporting and measurement.Participate in category review processes.Communicate with team members as well as other team members within the company.Assist with community and corporate events as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience

Pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
