Merchandising Manager

This role also supports influencer activations to amplify merchandising efforts and engage key audiences through relevant digital channels.

Qualifications / Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Retail Management or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail coordination, or visual merchandising.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with retail management systems.

· Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Good result-oriented analysis skill of business issues or opportunities based on industry, segment and customer insights.

· At least 3 years of experience in automotive industry campaigns launches

· Mindset for continuous improvement and always seek for improvement.

· Committed and highly responsible to deliver outcomes.

· High level of corporate software management; Excel, PowerPoint, Word

· Creativity and initiative

· Experience managing POP/POS materials, event setup, or store layout planning.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in the automotive industry or working with dealership networks.

· Intermediate to advanced English for communication with global teams and external partners.

· Understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms as an added value.

Roles & Responsibilidades

· The Merchandising Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of merchandising strategies to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and maintain brand consistency across all retail locations or channels. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, sales, and Dealer´s operations to ensure timely and effective product presentation.

· Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising plans and visual display guidelines.

· Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and placement of merchandise.

· Monitor inventory levels and support product replenishment based on sales trends and forecasts.

· Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for product placement and promotional activity.

· Ensure all merchandising displays are aligned with brand standards and promotional calendars.

· Support seasonal and promotional campaigns as well as brand events / experiences.

· Conduct regular store visits or virtual audits to ensure merchandising compliance.
