The Merchandising Coordinator is responsible to provide expertise and best practice recommendations in regards to value-suggesting merchandising.  This includes photography vendors and technology for vehicles as well as parts.

Responsibilities

Enforce merchandising standards by assessing virtual showrooms and working with dealership personnel and the Retail Marketing Operations team.

Recognize opportunities for process improvements at dealerships, work with store and Marketing Managers to improve merchandising.

Explore new technologies, hardware and software and educate Marketing Managers and dealership personnel.

Keep management apprised of potential issues and opportunities.

Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or 1 year of relevant experience.

Automotive retail experience is a must.
