BMW of Minnetonka is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandising Administrator to support our sales departments by ensuring our online vehicle listings are visually compelling and up-to-date. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our digital showroom and enhancing the customer’s online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Photograph a pre-determined selection of vehicles, ensuring high-quality images and a minimum of [8] photos per vehicle.
+ Stage and prepare vehicles for photography, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
+ Maintain photo booth cleanliness and organization, ensuring vehicles are parked correctly and not clustered.
+ Create and manage vehicle lists in Excel using vAuto to identify units needing attention, including those with zero photos.
+ Email completed Covideos to the sales team and management.
+ Manage Rapid Recon: input service tag numbers, monitor vehicle progress through reconditioning stages, and ensure timely updates.
+ Shoot quick and full photo sets of used and new vehicles based on inventory status and workload.
+ Coordinate with inventory management, sales managers, and general manager as needed.
+ Organize ramp levels and locate vehicles across various lots (ramp, service, tow, detail).
+ Conduct lot walks to ensure compliance with merchandising standards (window stickers, year stickers, laminated sheets).
+ Maintain and fix merchandising tools such as iPads and window stickers.
+ Edit and upload photos using Adobe Lightroom and HomeNet; verify accuracy on the website and Recon.
+ Wash and clean vehicles as needed to maintain showroom standards.
+ Support lot and sales teams in maintaining the quality appearance of vehicles.
+ Track and update mileage for 130 loaner vehicles weekly using Web-V and Excel.
+ Provide backup and support to the Merchandising Manager.
+ Assist with other duties as assigned based on seasonal and market needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Comfortable moving various types of vehicles, regardless of size or transmission.
+ Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics.
+ Proficient with smartphones and smart cameras.
+ Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, HomeNet, vAuto, Rapid Recon, and Excel is a plus.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays
Compensation: The Hourly wage range for this position is: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour.
