Responsibilities The Opportunity The Junior Scheduling Analyst will primarily provide support to local sales teams in managing frontline schedules. The role also involves planning, monitoring, and documenting processes related to resource and activity allocation. Additional responsibilities include generating analytical reports, identifying areas for process improvement, and ensuring quality and efficiency in customer service. Your Impact As Merchandiser Planner your functions would consist of: Leverage analytics and innovation tools to allow for efficient execution of Go-To-Market solutions Operate and manage solution sessions to solve complex go to market solutions Collaborate within the cross functional teams Support delivery of executable strategies that maximize Go-To-Market principles focused on improved execution. Ensure all project design principals are being implemented and technology tools are fully utilized within program guardrails Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any field), International Business, or a related area. Experience: Experience in customer service, process analysis, or similar roles is desired but not mandatory. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas). Knowledge of Power BI at an intermediate to advanced level (report creation and data interpretation) is a plus Strong documentation skills, including writing procedures, creating manuals, flowcharts, and operational guides. Basic knowledge of PowerApps or a willingness to develop these skills (preferred). Languages: Advanced English required: Able to hold fluent conversations, write reports, and work with technical documentation in English.
