Your Work Matters
As a Merchandise Coordinator, you’ll be the link between great products and the customers who count on them. Every order you manage, every vendor relationship you nurture, and every data point you track keeps our stores stocked, our sales growing, and our customers happy. Your work will directly fuel the financial success of your product group—and ensure that the right products arrive in the right place, at the right time.
Your Day Consists Of
· Partnering with store teams to address their needs, answer product questions, and ensure their voices are heard.
· Supporting your assigned Buyer and product group in hitting key sales and margin goals.
· Coordinating with vendors to process purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and keep information current.
· Managing SKU setup, cost and retail updates, and product documentation with precision.
· Tracking orders across multiple channels—international, domestic, replenishment, special orders, and more.
· Investigating and resolving invoice or receiving discrepancies with the accounting team.

You’ll Be Successful With
· One to four years in one or more of the following areas: purchasing, buying, merchandising, brand management, marketing, store operations, or related field.
· Experience in purchasing, buying, merchandising, brand management, marketing, store operations, or related fields.
· Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
· The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without losing accuracy.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced).
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong vendor and internal relationships.
· A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
