Job Title: Merchandising Coordinator

Department: Visual Merchandising
Reports To: Vice President Visual Merchandising/Director Visual Merchandising

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update store floorplans every other month using CAD software. Coordinate floor transitions to reflect new product assortments, promotions, and seasonal layouts. Ensure product placement aligns with merchandising strategies and selling stories. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising and Category Management to execute floor plans that drive sales. Analyze store layouts to optimize traffic flow and enhance the shopping experience. Maintain accurate and detailed CAD drawings for multiple store locations. Communicate changes and layout plans effectively to store and regional teams. Support store teams in executing layout updates by providing clear documentation and guidance in person as needed. May assist with projects needing AutoCAD drawings, including playbooks, new store and remodel layouts.

Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of experience in CAD design, space planning, or visual merchandising. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software. Strong understanding of retail space planning and furniture merchandising. Ability to analyze sales data to inform layout decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
