Responsibilities Reviews MEP Scopes of Work and equipment pre-purchases for accuracy and completenessAssists in the development of the MEP Construction and Commissioning ScheduleEnforces quality controls policies and inspections on the MEP tradesInterfaces with commissioning agent to ensure the commissioning process is being executed to meet expectationsExecutes the submittal and RFI review and coordination for MEP disciplinesCoaches and mentors less experienced team membersSupports a positive and inclusive work environment QualificationsEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering3-5 years related field experienceOSHA 30 hour certifiedOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to work in a team environment and manage project subcontractorsAbility to collaborate on a daily basis with the project teamAbility to demonstrate both engineering and field supervision capabilitiesMEP construction-document and drawing literate, with knowledge of all phases of constructionAbility to adapt to changing needs by utilizing excellent problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge and appreciation of construction safety processes and ability to enforce the project safety planSalary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For Connecticut this ranges from $93,200.00-$128,200.00 plus benefits and retirement program
