Summary: The Menu and Innovation Manager will lead the development and execution of menu strategies, including new item ideation, testing, and limited-time offers (LTOs). This role requires a strategic partner who can leverage consumer insights, market trends, and financial data to drive menu innovation. The manager will also analyze menu item performance, develop forecasts, and identify opportunities for improvement within the existing menu.
