The Mentoring Manager at BYU-Pathway Worldwide plays a key role in supporting student retention and progress across EnglishConnect, PathwayConnect, and Certificate and Degree programs. This role is focused on operational delivery and continuous improvement of mentoring systems, practices, and partnerships. The manager oversees the mentoring team and third-party mentoring providers to ensure students reach critical retention milestones, particularly those at risk of dropping out. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment and Retention, the Mentoring Manager translates strategy into practice, manages staff performance, and monitors key metrics that drive persistence, matriculation, and completion.  

This full-time position typically works (Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm). This position is a hybrid position
