The Fall River Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) Group Living Environment (GLE) Program operated by the Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking an experienced candidate who will serve as the Assistant House Manager (MHW III). Successful candidate will assist the Residential Supervisor in management of the GLE supervision of the staff. Provide rehabilitative services to Persons with major mental illness in ACCS (residential). Function as an advocate for assigned Persons Served and maintains a trauma informed, person centered approach.Participates in the development and implements the Community Service Plan, complies with Medication Administration Program (MAP) policies and maintains certification.
Please Note:The selected candidate will work 40 hours per week on the 1st shift, 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. The days off are Friday and Saturday.
Employees in this position will be required to performmandatoryovertime.

Salary placement is determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate’s years of directly related experience and education, and alignment with our internal compensation structure as set forth by the Human Resources Division’s Hiring Guidelines. For all bargaining unit positions (non-management), compensation is subject to the salary provisions outlined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement and will apply to placement within the appropriate salary range.
