The candidate will support consumers in their wellness and recovery towards independent living. Qualifications: Required: + Bachelors Degree in mental health field + Valid NJ Driver's License required with no restrictions Preferred: + CPR/First/AED preferred, will be provided if certificate is not active. + Bilingual skills appreciated Scheduling Requirements: + Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, 3pm-11pm + Wednesdays and Fridays, 1pm-9pm + Sundays and Mondays OFF + Full Time Essential Functions: + Support provided includes case management, medication supervision, skills building, community integration, identifying a crisis, and applying appropriate interventions - in-depth training provided on site + Mental Health Workers will support other team members in providing a clean and therapeutic environment.
