Mental Health Technician Prime Pool Position Details:

Facility: BayCare Health System, Sipp-BHA Location: Behavioral Hlth King Helie Child Status: Pool, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to psychiatric inpatients under the direct Supervision of a Registered NurseProvides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and wellbeing.Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with patients.Assists with physical care under the direction of an RN.

Requirements:

BLS (Basic Life Support)High School or EquivalentFL Driver's LicensePreferred - Associate's in Healthcare/PsychologyPreferred - CNA/PCT

Preferred Experience:

6 months - Psychology based experience
