Mental Health Team Lead

We are seeking a Mental Health Team Lead for our Adult Long Term Structured Residence in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, PA.

 

Earn $19.12 per hour working Sat & Sun 12 mid - 8:00AM

 

Position Details

The Mental Health Team Lead plays a vital part in fostering a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment for our residents in the long-term care setting. They provide direct support and counseling to individuals, helping them navigate personal challenges and develop essential life skills. Working closely with staff and nursing personnel, they ensure that all resident needs are met while implementing and monitoring individualized treatment plans.

 

Team Leads also guide clients through daily living activities such as hygiene, grooming, and room care, and accompany them on community outings and recreational activities. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, enforcing house rules, and addressing behavioral concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to promoting client well-being and recovery.

 

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct support and counseling to residents. Collaborate with staff and nurses to implement treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation and enforce program policies.
