Our client, a conservation-focused nonprofit, is seeking a temporary to permanent Membership Specialist to support their team in Gaithersburg, MD!

Responsibilities:

Manage annual billing and process various member transactions.Serve as the point of contact for any question or issues regarding membership, dues, and billing.Support data analysis and reporting in relation to the membership programs.Manage the annual convention's delegate registrations.Train and supervise temporary employees or volunteers.Provide direct support to the Director and complete additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

5+ years of membership operations and customer service experience are required.An associate's degree is required.Proficient iMIS and MS Office with a technical savviness.Self-starter with strong detail orientation and fantastic communication skills.Personable with a knack for customer satisfaction!

Position Information:
