How will you make an impact in this role?
Provide best in class service & customized solutions to High network individuals (HNIs)/Centurion cardholders through lateral thinking and excellent knowledge of travel & lifestyle choicesSuccessfully manage & grow the relationship with High Value customers by handling all Travel, Card & Lifestyle aspects of the servicesAssist Card Members with purchasing merchandise, gifts and flowers and fulfilling the most standard to the most extraordinary request of the Premium CardholderProvide lifestyle advice such as fine dining, theatre/opera recommendationsClose/convert business based on identified customer needs and provide premium customer service to the card membersArticulate knowledge about products, services and value proposition to customers especially high-end & luxuryHandle customer queries regarding Fares & Ticketing and planning customer travel itinerariesComplete travel & lifestyle reservations accurately and effectively within agreed timeframesPro-actively maintain regular contact with customers and to use detailed knowledge of customer’s lifestyle choices to offer relevant value-added propositionsDeal with high value customer enquiries & effectively probe customers to determine key requirements & to articulate product relevance. This role may be subject to additional background verification checksMinimum Qualifications6-10 Years of Experience with prior sales experience, food & beverage experience (for lifestyle), travel industry experience (for travel)
