The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a **Membership Experience Coordinator** to join the team\! Joinone of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and after a$400M renovation \(https://www\.costar\.com/article/749120602/blackstone\-completes\-400\-million\-expansion\-at\-iconic\-san\-diego\-hotel\)and expansion, the resort is more stunning than ever\.
Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28\-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms, cottages and villas with 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets\. This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in\-room dining\.

**Classification:** Full\-Time
**Shift:** Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays\.
**Pay Rate:** The pay rate for this role is $24 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location\.
**What Will I Be Doing?**
_As our Membership Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of member engagement—helping to bring events to life, support day\-to\-day operations, and ensure every member interaction reflects the Del’s iconic standard of service\._ The goal of the membership department is to develop, organize, and implement initiatives that will optimally maximize and/or increase ID’s, dues income, cash flow, and create a positive membership experience\. Reports to Director of Membership Experience\.
_Key Responsibilities:_
_ • Assist in planning, executing, and staffing exclusive member events and experiences_
_ • Maintain accurate member records and RSVP lists_
_ • Provide exceptional in\-person service during events and activations_
_ • Collaborate across departments \(Concierge, F&B, Front Office, Spa, etc\.\) to elevate the member experience_
_ • Support internal communications and member newsletters_
_ • Manage inventory and event supplies, coordinating logistics as needed_
_ • Field member inquiries and feedback with grace and professionalism_
_Who You Are:_
_ • Energetic, outgoing, and genuinely passionate about hospitality and people_
_ • Excellent communicator—both written and verbal_
_ • Detail\-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills_
_ • Tech\-savvy \(familiar with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/event software is a plus\)_
_ • Comfortable in a fast\-paced, guest\-facing environment_
_ • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed_
