A Member care Assistant is responsible for the general cleaning of all areas to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Member care Assistant, you are responsible for the general cleaning of all areas to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

General cleaning of all areasDeep cleaning around the clubReport lost property, accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidentsEnsure guests are welcomed and prompt assistance provided when neededMaintain professionalism with members at all timeEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations

 

What are we looking for?

A Member care Assistant serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
