Member Services Representative
Description Position Summary The Part-time Member Services Representative is a vital, enthusiastic team member dedicated to enhancing member experiences and fostering community connections. This multifaceted part-time role, split approximately 70% on member support and 30% on coordination, is perfect for a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep commitment to community engagement. The representative will play a key role in nurturing member relationships, addressing inquiries, and supporting organizational initiatives, while also coordinating event logistics and participant engagement to ensure seamless program delivery. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by promoting member satisfaction and advancing the organization’s mission through exceptional service and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Member Support + Assist with membership campaigns, events, and communications. + Maintain member records in the CRM system. + Support research and preparation for member outreach. + Coordinate stewardship activities such as thank-you letters and updates. + Help create content for emails, social media, and the website. + Research potential members, partners, and opportunities. Coordination + Assist in onboarding and scheduling for programs and events. + Maintain records and ensure completion of documentation and training. + Serve as a point of contact, providing timely communication and support. + Assist with orientations and recognition efforts. + Collaborate with partners to match opportunities. Requirements Qualifications + Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in management, marketing & communications, or a related field. + 0–2 years of experience in member services, coordination, or related work (internships or volunteer experience welcome). + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. + Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning CRM/management systems. + Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools is a plus. + Passion for community development and engagement.
