Job Summary:
As a Specialist, Membership Engagement, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns that enhance the experience and value of our most engaged member segments. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented marketer who is eager to learn and grow within the engagement space. You will assist with campaign planning and execution, help coordinate cross-functional projects, and support lifecycle marketing initiatives aimed at driving member retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in the execution of targeted marketing campaigns that support member engagement and loyalty goals, including cobrand credit card promotions and lifecycle marketing journeys.
+ Support data analysis efforts by pulling reports and helping interpret member behavior and campaign performance metrics (e.g., frequency, sales per member, tenure).
+ Draft creative briefs, manage project timelines, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver personalized, cross-channel marketing tactics (e.g., email, print, app, site).
+ Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables, working closely with partners in Creative, Marketing Operations, and Digital teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
+ Assist with the implementation of lifecycle programs including onboarding, reactivation, upgrade, and win-back efforts.
+ Help track campaign performance and gather insights to support ongoing optimization.
Qualifications:
+ 2–4 years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or campaign coordination, preferably in retail, financial services, or membership-based businesses.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Analytical mindset with some experience interpreting basic marketing data or reports.
+ Exposure to digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, or email marketing systems is a plus.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $60,500.00.
