What You’ll Do:
Administer medications accurately and safely under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Monitor and report patient responses to medication
Support residents with personal care, meals, and mobility
Foster a warm, respectful, and therapeutic environment
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility protocols
Who You Are:
A Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with a Certified Medication Aide II (CMA II) designation
A team player with a big heart and strong attention to detail
A clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative care setting
A professional who values dignity, respect, and quality of life for every resident
What You Bring:
CNA and CMA II certifications (Montana)
CPR certification (required)
Previous experience in healthcare or long-term care
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
A commitment to kindness, empathy, and integrity
A valid driver’s license (if driving is part of your assigned role)
