The Global Digital Hub growing business line within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Content Creation, and Creative Design.

As a Medical Writer, you will support the growing medical writing team within Roche Services & Solution Centre in developing medical writing & digital content solutions for our business partners. You will be part of formulating and identifying current and future content needs and support different content creation initiatives.

In addition, you will work with senior medical writers and stakeholders to ensure the effective deployment of resources and tools to support and ensure that writing activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the business needs.

The Opportunity

As a Medical Writer, you will contribute to the growing medical writing team within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. You will develop medical writing and digital content solutions across various therapeutic areas and play an integral role in business development and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and edit medical content for various platforms, including patient information, educational materials, medical reports, study summaries, and public relations content.

Research, write, and edit pre-clinical/clinical reports, scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and prepare materials.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, Roche best practices, and maintain scientific accuracy while managing multiple projects across therapeutic areas.

Monitor workload, anticipate capacity issues, and deliver solutions to ensure timely project delivery.

Collaborate with creative teams, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to generate comprehensive briefs, creative ideas, and relevant content.

Tailor content to meet customer business needs, suggesting service improvements and enhancing responsiveness for business partners.

Engage resources through formal/informal networks to achieve goals while contributing to the development of clinical documentation formats and guidelines.

Who you are:

Degree in medical sciences or a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Native-level English proficiency; additional languages are a bonus.

Strong attention to detail, scientific rigor, and a customer-service mindset.

Skilled in IT applications (preferably Google suite) with a continuous improvement mindset.

Effective time management, task prioritization, and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and embrace learning new technologies.

Salary starts from 2300 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
