Nason Lab provides a place to develop your career in a safe working environment. *How you’ll contribute* A Medical Technologistwho excels in this role: * Able to perform/knowledge of all items in the Competency Assessment Booklet and takes initiative to complete competencies within different areas (blood bank, histology, etc). * Accuracy in performing patient testing. * Proficiency testing scores of 95%. * Accuracy in performing QC/corrective action/failures/documentation with less than 5 errors per year. * Maintains phlebotomy proficiency and meets collection time standards. * Meets turn-around-time standards. * Completes all testing following state and federal guidelines. *Why join us* We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
