**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:** – Patient-centric champion in the project ü Join and contribute to Patient Affair & Diagnostic strategy discussion in each TA ü Design, implement, manage and coordinate the Patient Affair & Diagnostic initiatives in each TA ü Act as Patient Affair & Diagnostic advocate in responsible projects – Collaboration ü Build effective working relationship with relevant internal and external stakeholders ü Timely communication internally and externally – Operational delivery ü Lead projects execution, track project status and manage risks to ensure on-time and quality delivery ü Monitor projects implementation process to ensure performance achieved and compliance alignment ü Manage the project budget and project execution per design and related SOPs ü Leverage digital platform to enrich projects and enhance its impact ü Field visit to monitor projects operation, visit external stakeholders to get doctor/nurse/patients insights ü Develop project kits for internal team or business team training, develop project related materials ü Organize project training meeting, project summary meeting and internal project discussion meeting, etc ü Analysis project report and tracking project outcomes ü Feedback on status and continuous improvement area of project execution – Other special requirements for this role are defined based on business and team priorities. **REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:** **Education** MD, PharmD, PhD and other Scientific profiles. **Professional expertise and experience** + 5+ years experience as project leader or oversight experience - in matrix organization. + Patient Program (PP) experience preferred. + Affiliate/operational experience is a plus. + Demonstrated experience developing and delivering patient-centric solutions that improved access to therapy; experience piloting new PSS digital capabilities is an asset + Experience managing programs across various stages of the product lifecycle (e.g. new product launches, new public and private reimbursement coverage, and loss of exclusivity) + Demonstrated experience leading operational efficiency and effectiveness initiatives that improved patient access to therapy + Strong leadership/management and analytical skills, ability to delivery on project objectives in a timely manner required + Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority + Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to senior leaders, cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in a matrix environment **Languages** English (excellent in written and spoken language). **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
