We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Services Support 2 Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support for high-volume, transaction-oriented assignments. The position involves data entry, document verification, and adherence to established processes within our contractual business framework. Key Responsibilities Process and verify documents with accuracy and attention to detail Perform data entry functions across various systems Follow established protocols for routine decision-making tasks Maintain quality standards while meeting productivity expectations Support efficient processing workflows for high-volume transactions Execute administrative tasks within contractually defined parameters Qualifications Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM Basic computer skills Experience with data entry and document processing Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow standardized procedures efficiently Excellent organizational skills and time management Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume environment Preferred skills: Medical records experience Benefits We’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $14.71 - $17.00 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
