Description Position: Medical & Scientific Affairs (MSA) Coordinator Location: El Segundo, CA (Onsite) Pay Rate: $29/hour Type: Contract Start: Immediate – interviewing and hiring now Position Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical & Scientific Affairs (MSA) Coordinator to join our team in El Segundo, California. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating U.S. Medical & Scientific Affairs program activities, with a focus on research and educational grants, payment processing, and contract management. This position plays a critical role in supporting clinical operations, medical safety, and medical communications, ensuring all activities align with regulatory, compliance, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities + Coordinate research and educational grant payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. + Manage contract execution and maintain transfer of ownership documentation for program-related equipment. + Provide administrative support to Medical Safety & Science and Medical Communications teams. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with government regulations, ISO standards, and company policies. + Draft and maintain documentation for grants, publications, and program deliverables. + Prepare and process payment packages, supporting financial accuracy and compliance. + Assist in gathering reports, publications, and clinical trial utilization data for analysis. + Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, ensuring efficient workflow and program execution. Requirements • Proven experience in grant management and contract administration. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members. • Knowledge of government regulations, ISO standards, and compliance requirements. • Familiarity with clinical trial operations and medical program activities. • Proficiency in documentation and drafting detailed reports. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance in sensitive matters. • Experience in financial processes, including payment handling and quality assurance.
