About the job

As a Transplant Medical Science Liaison (MSL) within Sanofi’s South Cone Medical Affairs team, you’ll play a key role in driving scientific exchange and stakeholder engagement in the field. Acting as a trusted scientific expert, you will deliver impactful clinical and disease state education, support research and collaboration initiatives, and gather insights to inform strategy. This field-based role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of transplant care through scientific excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Main responsibilities:

Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and scientific experts by sharing accurate, evidence-based medical information.

Provide education on disease areas, treatment options, and relevant clinical data related to transplant care.

Gather and analyze insights from medical interactions to support internal strategy and decision-making.

Identify and support opportunities for research or educational collaboration with institutions, researchers, and medical societies.

Participate in planning and delivering educational activities for healthcare professionals.

Ensure all interactions are conducted ethically and in compliance with local and international regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure scientific communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with clinical needs. …

About you
 

Experience: Experience in scientific communication within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

Familiarity with engaging healthcare professionals and supporting research or educational collaborations.Soft and technical skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific information clearly.Strategic thinking and the ability to gather and interpret field insights.Proficient in using digital tools, including CRM systems, for managing interactions and reporting.Education: Medical degree (MD) is required.Background or interest in Hematology or Transplantation is preferred.Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English at a business level.
