Position overview: The Medical Science Liaison (with medical services) will be responsible for engaging with Scientific Leaders, drives scientific initiatives, and fosters cross-functional collaboration. The role also includes handling medical inquiries from external stakeholders and overseeing the promotional review process to ensure high-quality, compliant medical communications.

Engagement with External Leaders
Effectively communicate scientific and therapeutic information to internal and external stakeholders, aligned with strategic objectives and scientific integrity.Obtain insights on disease, therapeutic area and healthcare needs, data gaps and challenges to the extent permitted by law and local regulation, local industry codes, and Company standards.Respond appropriately and scientifically to unsolicited medical information requests.Execute medical related activities in line with Medical Affairs Plans.Medical Services and Internal Support
Provide cross-functional team collaboration when requested and where allowed.Provide scientific inputs to support the creation of Medical Affairs Plans.Manage all the processes related to promotional material review and approval.Be knowledgeable of the different regulations and laws governing promotional materials in the country and act with ethics and integrity.Competencies:
Strong scientific baseline knowledge in assigned therapeutic area(s), clinical trial methods, implementation, and data interpretation.Ability to present scientific and other technical information with confidence, in a way that engenders trust and credibility.Excellent communication skills, including listening and probing skills, across a variety of internal and external audiences.Strong collaboration skills and ability to function within a team environment.Ability to understand and apply SOP´s, relevant regulations, and different systems management.Secondary Job Description
