Medical Science Liaison-Radiology
**CTG is seeking to fill a Medical Science Liaison – Radiology opening for our client.** **Location:** Remote – Midwest/Southwest Region (CO, AK, OK, KS, MO, KY, AZ, NM, TX, LA), some travel required **Duration:** Permanent Placement **Duties:** + Provide scientific and objective medical information to healthcare providers and researchers in therapeutic areas of interest to Bayer Radiology. + Develop and execute clinical/medical education strategies, including training in person, virtually, and through hybrid formats. + Serve as medical and scientific support in the field for healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective use of Bayer products, including timely adverse event reporting and responses to unsolicited requests. + Develop a strong understanding of national and regional thought leaders in therapeutic categories and their healthcare environments. + Assist customers with best practices and radiology workflow expertise. + Collaborate with internal business partners as an expert consultant to address specific scientific needs. + Represent the company at scientific conferences, symposiums, and medical meetings. + Maintain scientific expertise through training, certification, conferences, publications, and licensure. + Provide timely, accurate, and balanced responses to professional requests for information while adhering to SOPs and FDA guidance. + Engage and validate Thought Leaders (TLs), support investigator-initiated research, train speakers, and coordinate advisory boards. + Identify and address customer medical/clinical needs and challenges within radiology, differentiating Bayer’s product portfolio. + Support protocol adaptation inquiries for optimal patient outcomes. + Report competitive activity, provide insights into account influence levels, and drive scientific discussions on patient needs and data gaps. + Ensure alignment between internal Bayer stakeholders, including R&D, clinical, and commercial teams, to drive customer satisfaction. **Skills:** + Strong scientific and medical knowledge in radiology and related therapeutic areas. + Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills in scientific and clinical contexts. + Ability to engage healthcare providers, researchers, and thought leaders with credibility. + Strong collaboration skills across clinical, R&D, and commercial teams. + Strategic thinking to identify medical needs and align with company objectives. + Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory. **Experience:** + Prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a similar scientific/clinical support role preferred. + Demonstrated experience engaging with healthcare providers, researchers, and academic experts. + Experience with advisory boards, investigator-initiated research, or medical education program development is highly desirable. **Education:** + PharmD, MD, PhD, MBBS, or equivalent degree required. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position is up to $56.28. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
