The Medical Science Liaison is a specialized role that functions as a link between the company and the medical community. This role bridges the gap between science and practice, encouraging evidence-based medicine to profoundly impact patients outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** + Scientific communication + Working cross-functionally within the company to become a valuable team member exhibiting lateral leadership + External customer engagement + Education and training + Clinical research support + Market insights + Compliance and Ethics. **Qualifications** + Advanced degree in relevant scientific field (MD, PhD, PharmD) + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to understand and interpret scientific data + Travel disposition, the role is mainly field based, requires agility regarding travel & work hours + Able to optimally use new systems & digital platforms + Experience in clinical research or patient care. **Preferred:** + High-competency in project & customer-affairs management + Experience as Customer facing field based personal in the pharmaceutical industry + Medical Degree **Other:** + English proficiency + 20% national travel time + Valid driver’s license + Excellent communication skills & service orientation + High capacity to learn and manage new processes and innovative solutions + Positive approach to challenges, proactive attitude Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
