Medical Representative Intern

**Position Summary**
Are you dynamic and results-oriented and seeking to join our team for a 6-month Medical Representative internship program? The successful candidates will play a crucial role in promoting Boehringer Ingelheim’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring strategic product positioning and enhancing market penetration throughout the duration of the internship.
**Locations in Saudi Arabia:** Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah and Mecca
**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote assigned products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in accordance with company strategy and compliance guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
- Execute territory action plans and achieve sales targets within the assigned timeframe.
- Organize and participate in medical meetings, symposia, and promotional events.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on field activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical, and regulatory affairs.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and internal policies.
**Duties and Expectations**
- Deliver product presentations and scientific information to HCPs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio and therapeutic areas.
- Manage territory budget and resources efficiently.
- Demonstrate agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, short-term assignment.
- Uphold Boehringer Ingelheim’s values and ethical standards in all interactions.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
**Preferred Attributes**
- Previous experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
- Knowledge of the therapeutic area relevant to Boehringer Ingelheim’s portfolio.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
