Medical Representative Dominican Republic

The role will be working both in medical visit tasks as well as in pharmacies, so you must have this "Mentality" and experience working in this dual role. Your work will be 50% in medical promotion and 50% in promotion and sales to pharmacies. The main products are Doloneurobion and Neurobion. Portfolio with 7 to 10 brands with different priorities, some that are stronger than others depending on the strategy.

As a medical representative you will:

Carry the promotional message to both doctors and pharmacies in an objective and clear way. You must have a close relationship with both doctors and key people at the points of sale.

Compliance with the objectives will be measured, both for the coverage of assigned doctors / pharmacies, as well as sales objectives of the respective territory, having individual indicators according to the Target of corresponding doctors and pharmacies.

In the field, doctors and pharmacies are visited both in the morning and in the afternoon, split or running hours depending on the area, working together with the District Manager on some occasions.

Demand is generated through prescriptions, and then they go to independent pharmacies and chains to close the circle of sale. They make sales, take orders and transfers to the distributor in the independent channel, additionally they promote the portfolio with “Micromarketing” executions.

The challenges today are related to the context of a pandemic, so the ideal is that this work can be faced in person as well as virtual, being able to adapt. Adaptability to change and face situations, handling the position in a mixed way. The challenges are big as the company has leading products in their respective markets.

Job Qualifications

CANDIDATE HAS TO BE AVAILABLE TO WORK IN SANTIAGO, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Professional experience in pharmaceutical industry (3 years max)

Graduated and able to visit Physicians in the country

Additional experience in pain area is preferable.

Previous experience leading teams

Positive Relationship with medical industry

Auto management capabilities (capable of demonstrating last experiences)

Basic English language competency
