Job Description
Position: Medical Representative, Specialty (Seoul)
Job Type: Fixed term
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Seoul, South Korea
Primary Objective:
The principal responsibility is to assure consistent sales achievement in the assigned territory by providing quality products and service, developing technical and selling skills to meet customers' needs, and identifying new business opportunities while maintaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Submit activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and sales analyses.
+ Develop and execute sales plans with the Sales Manager.
+ Implement product sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
+ Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing business.
+ Resolve customer complaints and prepare relevant reports.
+ Attend marketing activities and internal meetings.
+ Monitor competition and communicate market intelligence to management.
+ Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing learning.
+ Contribute to team efforts as required.
Qualifications
+ University graduate with relevant educational background preferred.
+ 2 to 6 years of professional sales experience in clinic hospitals and semi-hospitals, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven sales record.
+ Strong planning and organizational skills.
+ Positive attitude and passion for the medical field and teamwork.
+ Sense of urgency to achieve goals and objectives.
+ High curiosity and learning orientation.
+ High responsibility and adherence to ethical standards.
