Description We are looking for a skilled Medical Recruiter to join our team in Midland, Texas. This Contract to Permanent position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within the healthcare sector. You will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier candidates to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities: • Utilize recruiting platforms, including CareerBuilder and applicant tracking systems, to identify and attract candidates with relevant experience. • Manage candidate pipelines using CRM tools to ensure timely communication and updates. • Conduct thorough background checks and verify credentials to maintain compliance with hiring standards. • Execute cold-calling strategies to engage potential candidates and expand the talent pool. • Coordinate and oversee benefit-related functions during the onboarding process. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans. • Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to optimize hiring processes. • Facilitate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring journey. • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures during recruitment activities. • Maintain accurate records and documentation within ERP systems. Requirements • Proven experience in medical recruiting or a similar talent acquisition role. • Proficiency in using tools such as CareerBuilder, applicant tracking systems, and CRM software. • Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration into recruitment workflows. • Strong knowledge of compliance standards and related procedures. • Excellent cold-calling skills with a track record of successfully sourcing candidates. • Ability to manage benefit-related functions during onboarding. • Exceptional organizational and communication skills. • Capability to analyze recruitment data and refine strategies based on insights.
