Medical Records Director (HIM) for NHC Dickson

Don't miss this great opportunity for a Full Time Health Information Management Director with RHIT certification to join our team at NHC Dickson! This position does require RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) certification and prior ICD-10 CM Coding experience. Under guidance of the Health Information Regional, the Health Information Technician/Practitioner maintains the policies and procedures established for the recordkeeping practices of the center.

Qualifications:

Health Information Technician Certification as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). Active member of the American health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Evidence of maintaining continuing education (CE) requirements of the American Health Information Management Association. Must have prior ICD-10 CM Coding experience Must have prior Skilled Nursing Facility experience under PDPM  Must have MDS completion experience
