We are looking for a Medical Project Manager (m/f/d) in Monheim am Rhein, Germany, as a part of the Patient Impact Team.
About the role
In this role, you play a key role in medical-related projects and processes by using and providing relevant scientific expert knowledge. You´ll actively contribute to patients’ wellbeing by acting as scientific expert for UCB’s Established Brands product portfolio.
Who you´ll work with
You´ll effectively collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and environments within Germany and beyond such as Patient Value Units, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and other relevant functions.
What you´ll do
Fostering trust, integrity and transparency within Germanys medical community as well as Quality Assurance, Ethics & Business Integrity and Drug Safety to support and demonstrate a solid medical governance by ensuring application of local regulation, clear segregation of duties and mitigation of challengesCollaborating cross-functionally to design and implement compliant medical E2E processes, a solid medical quality system and overseeing transparency reporting obligationsDeveloping and maintaining professional expertise and knowledge with regards to clinical activities and respective external and internal framework by fostering a strong collaboration with all therapeutic areas and building networks with R&D colleaguesDriving Medical Management for Established Brands, e.g. development of scientific communication, training activities, contact to Key Opinion LeadersBeing the point of contact for medical inquiries on the Established Brands product portfolio and preparing medical content documents customized to stakeholder’s needs

Master´s degree, preferred in Natural Sciences (e.g. Biology, Pharmacy, etc.)Professional experience of minimum 2 years in a pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research or Medical Project ManagementProject management skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing prioritiesAble to work and deliver results under tight time targetsGood German and English language skillsAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
