Responsibilities:

Assists the Site Manager in supporting team members within assigned practice.This coordination includes but is not limited to all duties related to revenue cycle operations, including check-in/check-out, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, scheduling procedures/surgeries, entering orders, monitoring patient flow and utilizing various computer programs to manage schedules, handle patient issues, record patient information, and various other administrative support duties. Provide training, assist with evaluation of front and back-office team members, and maintain a professional office atmosphere. Perform other duties as assigned. Acts as leader in charge in manager's absence.

Requirements:

Required Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent GEDRequired Experience: 2 years' experience in a healthcarePreferred Experience in a Supervisory, Coordinator, Team Leader, or Management Role.
